Our Team

We are engineers, not just an agency.

We started this company because we were tired of the traditional agency model. We don't farm out work, we don't cut corners, and we don't ship code we wouldn't use ourselves.

The Origin Story

A few years ago, our founders were working on the client side, hiring external development agencies to build core infrastructure. Time after time, the experience was the same: brilliant sales pitches followed by junior developers, missed deadlines, and bloated, unmaintainable codebases.

It was incredibly frustrating. You shouldn't have to babysit the technical partner you are paying to solve your problems. So, we left our jobs and built the agency we wished we could have hired.

Today, we operate differently. We are deeply technical. We don't employ salespeople who promise impossible features. When you talk to us, you are talking directly to the systems architects and lead developers who will actually be typing the code for your product. We believe in brutal honesty, transparent pricing, and over-engineering the things that matter.

"Our metric for success isn't how many clients we can sign in a quarter. It's how many clients stick with us for over three years because we actually became an extension of their team."

Our Core Principles

These aren't just words on a wall. These are the non-negotiable rules that dictate who we hire, how we write code, and how we interact with our clients every single day.

No Bullshit

If an idea is bad or technically unfeasible within your budget, we will tell you immediately. We don't say 'yes' just to win a contract.

Craftsmanship

We actually care about clean architecture. We write tests, we document our APIs, and we leave codebases better than we found them.

Zero Middlemen

You have direct Slack access to the engineers building your product. No account managers playing telephone and slowing down progress.

Velocity

We don't do endless discovery phases. We figure out the core requirements and we start shipping working software within the first two weeks.

The Leadership

Small team.
Massive impact.

We intentionally keep our core team small, senior, and highly capable. We don't hire junior devs to pad our billing hours.
